VirusTrapper hardwearing disinfectant mats are key in helping reduce the spread of infection during animal disease outbreaks. For use in animal feed factories, food processing companies, abattoirs, leisure parks, National Trust properties and farms throughout the UK. Bio-security Disinfectant Mats are effective in holding disinfectant and dispensing it into the treads on tyres of HGV'S and Wagons. Designed to be laid on solid surface such as Concrete or Tarmac comes complete with fixings for concrete. See 027013 for tarmac/asphalt fixings (10 pairs required per set).

• Construction: Manufactured from 3 layers of super-absorbent matting with a hard wearing PVC coated Polyester and durable mesh cover.
• Tough: The VirusTrapper traffic mats are hardwearing and can withstand heavy goods vehicles passing over them in a straight line. 
• 560gsm tarpaulin grade PVC fabric with a polyester base layer
• 5 Heavy duty eyelets at each end and every 50cm at sides for fixing to floor. \For optimum performance it is essential they are fixed to concrete or asphalt.
• Absorbency 50 litres per mat.
• Fill with DEFRA approved disinfectant and top up as required and to ensure concentrations are maintained after rain.
