Spumex Compact Mobile Disinfection Unit 03 BOS

The SPUMEX compact unit 03 BOS is a mobile unit for generating and applying a creamy decon / disinfection foam to vehicles, equipment and smaller rooms. It is designed for self-sufficient operation on a mobile decon lock with a lower vehicle frequency, e.g. on a farm or in industry.

The foam chamber and the associated pump are installed in a waterproof, impact-resistant protective box with the corresponding connections for the product, the foam and the compressed air. This is connected to the compressor and the storage tank and is ready for use. Only a 230V power connection is required to operate the compressor. A permanently installed mixed bed resin filter ensures consistent, defined water quality and shows the exact amount of water in the storage tank (max. 95 liters) via an integrated flow meter.

The hose reel allows quick access and easy unrolling of the hose. With an output of 3 liters of product solution per minute, approx. 30 liters of foam are generated. Continuous processing of even larger areas is possible without interruption. The foamed disinfectant ensures sufficient effectiveness on the surface and reliable visual inspection.

The spray is applied in the low pressure range up to a maximum of 6 bar. This prevents the formation of aerosols that are hazardous to health.
