Professional electric foam sprayer

For a dry and durable foam for disinfecting and decontaminating HGV's, Tractors and vehicles. Also available in a manually operated version. Due to the highly dynamic animal disease situation (swine fever/ H5N1 avian bird flu etc.) the safe and efficient disinfection of vehicles, equipment and people is a top priority in order to prevent the spread of contamination and epidemics.
The foam dosing sprayer provides the user with a professional, elecrically operated sprayer for decontamination and disinfectant solutions. With a capacity of 6 liters/minute, the foam dosing sprayer produces a dry, very durable foam that ensures good cleaning and disinfection results even on vertical surfaces.
The transparent storage container makes it easy to see the fill level, and the foam lance can be easily operated from a holder on the appliance. For subsequent transportation, the foam dosing syringe can be depressurized again via an automated pressure relief system. Hooked into an ergonomically designed trolley, the foam proportioning sprayer can be easily moved and safely stowed. If necessary, the foam dosing syringe is unhooked with a handle and can then be carried. The foaming process produces a homogeneous, creamy disinfectant foam at low pressure (approx. 4 bar). This process avoids the formation of harmful aerosols. Foam adheres longer to the surfaces, evaporation is reduced and thus the application time is guaranteed ensuring efficacy. The high visibility of the foam also makes it easy to check during the application / coverage and to document the measure photographically. It also significantly reduces the amount of contaminated waste water produced and thus the costs for disposal in the event of an animal epidemic. 

The battery lasts for approx. 10 fillings, one filling is sufficient for the disinfection of approx. 20m2. The battery can be fully recharged within 4 hours, a corresponding charger is included.
