HGV and Tractor disinfection bath for fast and location-independent use in animal disease control such as Avian Flu, Footy and Mouth. Unpack – roll out – inflate - ready!
The bath is erected by a small number of operatives in quick time and can be used for tyre and vehicle disinfection as well as to collect contaminated wastewater.

A completely waterproof foam insert (10x10 cm) secures the entry and exit area. It can be removed for space saving storage of the bath - bund. Hose bridges and ramps are not needed. The side upstands consist of air-inflatable tubes (20 cm diameter). These can be filled quickly with a suitable fan - pump and are self supporting. If there is no power supply available, it is possible to fill the air tubes via a breathing air bottle or a lorry compressed air brake and the corresponding adapters.
The scope of supply includes an underlay fleece and vehicle rubber track mats. Thus, the service life of the bath is significantly increased and damage caused by sharp objects, stones, etc. is prevented.
To set up longer disinfection lines (pre-cleaning, disinfection - decontamination, rinsing), the baths can be linked together as required.

Protective Fleece Underlay Material: 50m x 2m wide PES Fleece, approx. 400 g/m
Vehicle Track Mats: Rubber 1m wide 3mm thick that overlap the bath ends.
Entrance and exit upstand: Welded waterproof material with Flexible foam insert (10x10 cm) which is removable for storage.
Sides: Inflatable air chambers 20 cm diameter
Repair kit included.

Note: Several baths can be linked together as needed. In addition to the standard sizes, the disinfectant bio security baths can be custom made to suit your individual requirements.
