Carters Solid Socket Tapered Cable layer Shovel in Heavy Guage Carbon Steel Ash Handle.

Manufacturer: Richard Carters craftsmen have been manufacturing tools for over 250 years in U.K. Fine hand crafted tools made from the best materials. Often known as a '1-way' in some trades.
Product size: 10" to 8.5" x 12.5"
Applications: Designed for cable and pipe laying with a slim blade that is ideal for digging out narrow trenches. Blade tapered, prefered by some users as an alternative to the Square Mouth.
Used for shovelling out or concrete mixing, working tarmac and cement, backfilling trenches and manouvering ballast.
