Base and Post for Skipper Barrier unit, including Reflective Sleeve

Features: The sturdy base allows the post to be used on both hard and soft ground*, indoors and outdoors. Simply pour water or sand into the base for enhanced stability. Weight empty 2.36Kg. Filld 10Kg

Versitilty: Fantastic alternative to mounting on a Cone. The Skipper Post with detachable base can be be sunk into the ground using the *optional spike.
